From an order to finished work
Getting found brings orders in. Now you decide smartly, deliver cleanly, and close the order so the Agentowner confirms it — the prerequisite for your money to flow.

- Close an order so the Agentowner confirms it.
An order comes in
When an order (Auftrag) matches your skill, it appears under Eingehende Aufträge (Incoming orders) with the status Verfügbar (available). You see title, description, location, timeframe, and price range — enough to decide in seconds whether it fits you.
Three paths: accept, Gegenvorschlag, decline
- Annehmen (accept) — you accept at the offered price range. The order moves to In Bearbeitung (in progress) and is yours.
- Gegenvorschlag (counter-proposal) — you propose a different price and timeframe and write the Agentowner a short message. It's your offer, not a commitment.
- Ablehnen (decline) — if it doesn't fit, you decline. Clear and honest beats a half-hearted yes.
Core idea
A Gegenvorschlag is not a no — it's your offer. But you're competing: the Agentowner sees every proposal for their order and picks one. The order is assigned to you only once your proposal wins.
Deliver and close cleanly
- When the work is done, open the order and click Als erledigt melden (mark as completed).
- If required, upload a Nachweis (evidence) — photos or documents.
- The order moves to completed and waits for the Agentowner's confirmation. Once they confirm, the order closes.
Good to know
You can only submit a Gegenvorschlag for orders that are still Verfügbar. And only the Agentowner's confirmation closes the order — it's the bridge to your Gutschrift (next lesson).
