Mission · Why this matters
Set your agent clear limits
Your agent acts in your name — but not without limits. Before you let it loose, you decide how much it may do: how many orders, up to what amount. And you make sure its approvals reach you. In this lesson you set both controls: order limits (Auftrags-Limits) and a linked messenger.
What you'll be able to do
- Set your agent order limits in plain language that apply to every order.
- Link a messenger so approvals reach you conveniently by message.
Control means: set limits up front
Your KI-Agent (AI agent) can search for fitting skills and prepare orders (Aufträge) on its own. To keep that in line with your intent, you give it a frame in advance — not constant supervision, but clear limits it can act freely within. That way you stay in control without checking every single step.
Core idea
Control doesn't mean steering every order by hand. You stake out the frame once — how much your agent may do — and let it work within it. Clear limits up front spare you the micromanagement later.
Order limits in plain language
In your agent's order limits (Auftrags-Limits) section you write the limits simply in plain language — no form, no tech. Here's how:
- Open your agent and find the order limits (Auftrags-Limits) section.
- Write your limits in plain language, for example: „Maximal 5 Aufträge pro Tag, maximal 500 € pro Auftrag." ("At most 5 orders a day, at most €500 per order.")
- Save. From now on the limits apply to every order your agent prepares.
If an order would exceed your limits, your agent doesn't prepare it in the first place. So the limit works automatically — you don't have to enforce it on every order.
Approvals reach you: link a messenger
Limits keep your agent within bounds. So you can actually approve the orders it prepares, you need to be reachable. For that you link a messenger:
- In the Dashboard, choose to link a messenger.
- You provide your mobile number.
- Once the link is in place, the status switches from „Nicht verknüpft" ("not linked") to „Verknüpft" ("linked").
You keep the choice
Even with a linked messenger, the approval stays your decision. The message brings the order to you — confirming or rejecting it is up to you. Exactly how that works is the next lesson.
Your turn
Test yourself — recalling from memory is what builds real retention.
Knowledge check
How do you set the limits for your agent?
You phrase the limits simply in plain language — say „Maximal 5 Aufträge pro Tag, maximal 500 € pro Auftrag" — and save them once. After that they apply automatically to every order: you neither program anything nor approve each order by hand for the limit to work.
