Mission · Why this matters
You decide: approve orders
Your agent has prepared an order — now the decision is yours. No prepared order becomes real before you approve it. In this lesson you learn to review a prepared order and confirm it step by step — or reject it, if something doesn't fit.
What you'll be able to do
- Spot a prepared order and review it before you approve.
- Confirm step by step — or reject, if something doesn't fit.
„Vorbereitet" means: waiting for you
When your KI-Agent (AI agent) finds a fitting skill and creates an order (Auftrag), it first gets the status „Vorbereitet" ("prepared"). That's the decisive moment: a prepared order is not yet a valid one. It waits for your approval (Freigabe) — and this is exactly where you stay in control.
Core idea
„Vorbereitet" ("prepared") is not „erledigt" ("done"). Your agent proposes, you decide. As long as you don't approve, nothing happens — no order goes to a professional without your deliberate consent.
How the approval reaches you
You learn about a prepared order in two ways:
- By message — if you've linked a messenger, the order comes straight to you with its key details, with buttons to confirm or reject.
- In the Dashboard — you open the prepared order and review it there at your own pace.
Confirm step by step
If you approve in the Dashboard, the confirmation walks you through the important points — one after another, so nothing slips past you:
- Price (Preis) — does the amount match what you expect?
- Location (Ort) — does the place of work fit?
- Timeframe (Zeitrahmen) — does the timing fit?
- Summary (Zusammenfassung) — everything at a glance, then you confirm.
With the last step you click „Bestätigen" ("Confirm"). The order switches from „Vorbereitet" ("prepared") to „Genehmigt" ("approved") — now it's valid and goes on its way.
Rejecting is a decision too
If something doesn't fit — price too high, wrong location, bad timing — you reject. That's control too: you don't have to confirm something just because your agent prepared it. Your order limits (Auftrags-Limits) from the last lesson already filter a lot up front; the approval is your final, deliberate check.
Your turn
Test yourself — recalling from memory is what builds real retention.
Knowledge check
What does the status „Vorbereitet" mean for an order?
„Vorbereitet" means: your agent created the order, but it's not valid yet — it's waiting for your approval. Only once you confirm step by step does it switch to „Genehmigt". So it's neither already approved nor completed by a professional; the decision is yours.
